In the fishing area they did not attend to me. I waited more than an hour even though I asked the supervisors three times that I needed to renew my license and they would send someone to attend to me. They never gave any help, very poor service.

I feel like I’m a criminal shopping here almost exclusively self check out the cameras watching you the employee standing over you and the receipt checks is a bit much I get it if I had larger items or items not in a bag but it was tissue. I would rather spend my money at Target Update 8/13 /24 why would you sale after taping up a bag of dog food

I was at the Woodforest National Bank making deposits for my work. They gave me problems making my deposits and I told them that my manager was not answering me. They did not give me any other solution than to bring an ID and I could not go back to my house which was 20 minutes away and come back because I would lose all my time. I was very sad to know that I had to go back to my house with all my deposits in hand. I always came here because I liked the service and I was always attended by a very polite gentleman. But this time one of them was even very rude to me when I was giving my explanation. You should hire people who have experience with customer service and who give you good services and good solutions.

Were it not for this guy GERMAINE, I think I would have cancelled my Walmart+ yearly subscription/membership. Truly an asset to the customer service workforceodor all things in the “Wurld-of-Wally.” Whomever happens to be responsible for hiring this guy deserve some kudos as well. I want to give a huge shout-out to Ki, a Walmart associate who went above and beyond to help me in the paint section today. I was feeling overwhelmed by all the choices, and I wasn’t sure what type of paint I needed for my project. Ki was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and explaining the differences between the various paints. Ki even took the time to help me calculate how much paint I would need and offered suggestions for the right tools and supplies. He was friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience so much easier. I highly recommend seeking out Ki if you need any assistance in the Walmart paint department. Walmart is lucky to have such a helpful and dedicated employee!
